Is the htc evo shift a good phone?

For my 17 birthday I’m getting a phone and was wondering if it’s worth getting. And does it really have wifi in it?

Yeah the shift is a fantastic phone. It has wifi and 4g which is fantastic since any phone on sprint now is vital to have the $ 10 data fee that was once only vital for evo, epic, and shift. If you have an ancient cell phone that you are willing to trade in you can bring it into radioshack and get an extra $ 50 off of your shift. Also radioshack has instant rebates while everywhere else has mail in rebates. So out of the door you could get the shift for $ 100 at radioshack and out the door anywhere else would be $ 250.

yea it is. my brother got it and its cool. but i noticed that when it vibrates, it is loud because the slide part is loose…even pressing the home button or something makes more noise because of it…
I have an Evo (not the shift) and i reckon it is better though…i would just get the Evo

The Galaxy Tab doesn’t have voice on it so it’s not a phone. The EVO has a larger screen, better camera and a front facing camera for video chat. The EVO Shift is like the small brother of the EVO with a keyboard but it doesn’t have the camera for video chat. Also check out the Epic which is doubtless the best phone on Sprint right now.

I know this isnt in your list, but I would like suggest it to you. The Samsung Moment is a AWESOME phone!! (: It has everything you need right at your fingertips Nearly like a mini computer. You can get free apps(Well obviously its Android, which makes it even better) Also the phone has sparkle for camera which most phones these days do not have. Has an really cool show! You can choose many things to personlize it the way you want it. But I would also suggest the Shift! It is a lovely phone, a small small but some people just have to deal with it if they want something just as fantastic as the SAMSUNG MOMENT!
