Do you know anything about this marketing scheme?
My landlords wife told me she wants to do some “networking” with me.
She said she works for a company that sells everyday necessities at 30-40% below what you would pay at Target or Wal-Mart. She says it’s not a pyramid company and it’s a good deal. Don’t they all.
Have you ever heard of this? How does it work?
Should I steer clear?

It’s called Quixtar (formerly Amway) and it is too a multi-level marketing company.
It’s not a pyramid scheme (you can actually buy product), but members are encouraged to recruit.

This is a familiar shape for Tampa folks, but it is all the more significant since I was seeing it today on the route that another friend had previously led us down a few years back. I always look up toward the convergence point half expecting some kind of theophany.

Have only seen it with the black studs at various retailers.

it could be that. Most likely less people bought the silver so they stopped manufacturing it. I’m sure you can still find it online if you look around. :]

It is still being sold, but the black studs are the newest style. Don’t worry, you will still be able to buy them at various stores.

A New Rift for the Schaghticoke Tribe of Kent
