HTC Hero vs. Palm Pre? Which is better? Why?

I am hoping to get a new phone soon, but i can’t chose between the HTC Hero or Palm pre. Which one should i chose? Why?

I would recommend trying out the HTC Hero instead. HTC usually makes brilliant phones. Plus the phone looks awesome.

I’m baffled as to which phone to get, I’m 16, and I work and need access to the internet while at work for homework.

I was thinking anyone of these phones would be fantastic, they would alow me to connect to the internet, and type word documents, etc.

I know that the hero is an “android” phone. The sprint version looks like the mytouch from t-mobile rather than the GSM unlocked version.

The palm pre has the multitasking capabilites, and the blackberry tour is just incredible.

Which phone should I get, and why?

I have an android G1 phone and like it. HTC usually makes brilliant phones. The Tour was unrestricted not to long ago & seems like an awesome phone.I have heard of mostly positive reviews on the device. It’s between the Hero and Tour. I reckon I would go for the Tour instead.

Blackberry is a huge business phone. It is one of the newest blackberry phones, which is fantastic for email, okay internet, texting, and other business qualities phones have. The hero is less of a business phone, that has a nice internet browser, a nice app store, and some cool features. The palm pre has cards that allow you to mulitask. Plus it has a very nice browser, with copy/paste, microsft documents, mulitouch features, an app store, and many other business but tennage qualities (texting, camera, facebook) But also does the hero.
