How to take of HTC touch diamond back piece?

My HTC touch diamond is not starting up and i think i just got to remove the battery except i dont no how to take off the back piece because i dont want to force it and break it

Even I use an HTC touch diamond. It is not so difficult to open the back of your mobile, just follow the following steps. Hold your mobile in your palm with the back facing you. Now give a gentle press on the back and push the back up simultaneously. And PRESTO the back of your mobile is open.

I have seen many different versions of this phone. I have the 6950cl i think. It doesn’t have the bevel case on the back. Instead, it’s flat black and no bevels. Plus, i’ve seen many of these phones that come loaded with a bunch of programs i don’t have.

WHY DOES MY PHONE NOT HAVE VIDEO CALLING CAPABILITIES LIKE THE OTHERS ALSO?

Different cellphone service providers specify what they want on a phone. So even if the same model of phone comes out, not all of them will have the same things.

For example, Verizon is known for disabling Wi-Fi on their phones while Sprint and T-Mobile do not. It’s likely your with the company that chose to disable video calling on their phones.

Reasons could be because they don’t have the capabilities to do video calling, or they can’t charge it as internet usage if you’re using wi-fi. who knows.
