Htc however blackberry would be your best bet for reliability. I have had nothing but problems everytime I have tried to get a samsung phone. Especially touch screens. The touch screens with Samsung have always tended to freeze and restart especially the Samsung instinct.

Another problem I have had with samsung touch screens is it took multiple times to tap the touch screen to get it to do what I want.

I over everything picked the blackberry tour and finally have a phone I am happy with. I know htc phone are good but it’s all touchscreen and if you are a text that gets aggravating. Especially if you tap a button and it picks the button next to it instead.

I prefer having an actual keyboard, so my vote would be for the Moment. However, Sprint does let you have 30 days to try, so you could get the Hero and if it doesn’t suit your needs, trade it for a Moment.

The “Hero” supports Adobe Flash, has a five megapixel camera with built in geotagging. It also uses Teflon on the matte white underside of the phone to help resist dirt. However, what HTC is really emphasizing with this launch is just how much the user experience can be tailored to suit individual preferences and moods. There’s even a name for this customizable interface — it’s called Sense.
