is it true they found a labrynth of tunnels under the sphinx and giza plato?

look up giza geomatrix on youtube it says they found many tunnels under the sphinx and a room no one can enter without getting hit with some energy and dying.i wonder if anyone else heard about this.they also said it contained a hall of records that had our past, present, and future events and a underground pyramid with animal symbols all over it.

This doesn’t appear to be right:

http://heritage-key.com/blogs/keith-payne/drilling-under-sphinx-heritage-key-video-about-keeping-your-paws-dry

“On a side note, we are also informed of what the team did not find. Dr. Lehner tells us that, despite the hopes and sometimes insistence of some members of the New Age community, no secret tunnels, hidden rooms, or Halls of Atlantean Records were located, despite many holes drilled from a multitude of angles. In fact, it is doubtless no accident we were allowed to witness the drilling under the left paw, as one of the more standard legends has a secret compartment hidden beneath the Sphinx's paws.”

I reckon that youtube video is fiction being passed off as certainty. PBS, National Geograhic or the Smithsonian…or somebody would be talking about this if they found tunnels. They would be very excited to find something like that.

I don’t reckon that there is energy underneath the Sphinx zapping people dead and this is being kept a secret.

Pyramid and Bricks
hit pyramid

The way the set alight was hitting the bricks and everything looking so new I really couldn’t tell if the bricks were real or were painted on. It was a pretty weird site. The brick buildings are separate from the glass pyramid, but within the brick building I’m not sure if the bricks were painted or not.

Stay away from that website. It’s just trying to sell you crap. No one is going to be able to answer your questions because you, just like the rest of us, are unique. You have you own genetic profile, your own habits, your own routine, your own resources, etc. And if we don’t know about all that, how do you expect us to be able to advise you regarding YOUR diet and exercise.

Schooling for health and fitness must be tailored for optimal results. So, get started now studying about health, fitness, anatomy, kinesiology, etc. And be sure to use reliable sources for information because in the world of fitness there’s more fantasy than fact.

Remember, fitness starts in the brain.

PS: Don’t use protein shakes. You only need about 60-80 grams of protein per day and it should be in the form of real food. See my comments below. Your plateau may be from over schooling.

**************************************

For any normal healthy adult with no special dietary considerations, protein shakes are a terrible thought. Here's why.

The thought that protein shakes or any protein supplements will help build muscle ("bulk up") is a terrible one. The body provides the protein vital for building muscle by making in on demand, when it needs it. All you have to do is eat a balanced diet (including meat, eggs, and milk if possible) and you will get the elemental amino acids (protein building blocks) the body needs to build muscle. Drinking a protein shake in addition to a balanced diet will only cost money, add unneeded calories to your diet, be atrophied through excretion, and not do as much to suppress your appetite as a nutritious snack.

A shake does not require the chewing which helps produce saliva and make the digestive environment your body needs to give you the satisfaction of eating real food. Humans evolved eating solid food not liquid food. So, drinking a shake on a regular basis for health does not exercise the gastro-intestinal strip as well as eating solid food (scenery's way) and therefor is not as healthful as eating a snack. In other words, it's better to eat nothing and forego the extra calories you're adding to your diet so you can eat a regular meal or snack when your body needs it.

When working out to build muscle, you must break down muscle tissue which will be replaced later to make a stronger muscle. The replacement takes house over the 2-4 day recovery period which follows the workout. That is when the new muscle tissue is added and the protein is needed. Because the body does not store excess protein as it does fats and sugars, drinking a protein shake before or after a workout makes no sense as that is NOT when your body needs it. And, that is just one more reason why dumping protein into your system in one huge shake makes no sense whatsoever. The best way to ger your RDA of protein is through a normal, balanced diet of nutritious foods, not shakes.

Google "protein shake" and you'll see myriad commercial product and recipe websites all trying to keep the myth of the protein shake alive. Most of these are simply people trying to get your money or unwittingly trying to help you because they don't know any better. If you want the certainty about protein shakes and supplements, forget all the junk info on the internet and go to the people who have nothing to gain and know the most…the NIH. The National Institute for Health is the US government's effort to promote excellent information for your health. Get to know nih.gov well. Make it your first stop for all nonemergency health issues.

Here's a white paper you can read which debunks the myth of the protein shake. Note the following excerpt: "At present there is no evidence to suggest that supplements are vital for optimal muscle growth or strength gain."
