How do I make my HTC Touch Pro beep continuously after missing a call/text?

All of my previous non-smart phones have alerted me when I have missed a text or call. They would usually send a loud “beep” noise each 5 minutes or so. Though, my HTC Touch Pro does not have an option to enable this under the signal settings. Are there any external apps that will work with my Touch Pro to do this for me? Thanks!
