Can you browse web on HTC Dream using WI FI?

Can you browse the web (youtube,facebook,myspace,twitter) using wi fi? in other words can you do all the services you get on 3G on WI FI?

I think it is going to be a good product from HTC because it has
Large touchscreen with haptic feedback
Full QWERTY keypad
5 inches long and 3 inches wide
Keypad that either slides or swivels for easy typing/texting
Internet navigation controls below the touchscreen display
