If I buy an HTC Mogul from China and it is unopened brand new will it work?

I can buy an HTC Mogul from Plates for 1/3 the price of what Sprint desires for it. Groundbreaking new, in the box, never before used or anything. Comes with everything that it would if i bought it from Sprint.

Will I be albe to activate this phone wiht Sprint. I really don’t see any reason why I wouldn’t be able to, but just seeinf if anyone else has and exsperiense with this.

Oh ya, for sure. If the sales rep has an issue with activating a phone which you didnt buy from him/her then tell them you won it from work or it was a bday present or something. =D

No, unless you bed in a Sprint rom on it, then change the ESN to one that is Sprint. The first part is very simple to do, but changing the ESN is the hard thing to do.

I got my nextel about 2 being ago and the plot contract is over, and i want to upgrade or get a new phone. i want the htc mogul, but i was wondering could i upgrade to it for a lesser price.

note: it is a sprint phone, not a nextel.

yes off course you can remeber that sprint and nextek has tied together
its very simple you can do this on phone or go to any sprint store the only thing that the rep will be asking you for are the next things

also to make this proceedure you need the htc mougul ( wich is the sprint phone )
also you need to have the htc mogul free that meens not being calling from that phone its fine if you call from your nextel phone

and thats it aftr that youll be told to programm the phone and thats the way you change your servise from nextel to sprint

and remeber that in order to get a 150 dlls discount youll be questioned to renew your agreement for 2 more being

this procedure is for any phone

and it can be done the other way around sprint to nextel
