How to move files to internal storage (HTC Touch Diamond)?

How do i go files (photos) to the 4 gb internal card?
i’m out of memory on the main memory

hook your phone up to your computer, click on Explore Phone, and go the files that way. That’s what I do!

my friend sent me a couple of songs via beaming and i copied the same songs via bluetooth. i finished up having th same song twice so i deleted the one i copied. now it shows up in music as a ! and skips over it. how do i get rid of them?
