Where do you get all the different applications for the Sprint Htc Mogul 6800?

I’ve looked at all kinds of videos on youtube and they have all kinds of dif. apps. Stuff like gps, weather, windows vista, custom backrounds, dif. sounds when you open it, and even make the menus look just like the iphone. I have been looking all over the internet, where can you get these apps, and how do you put it on the phone?
