An incredible piece of software is finally launched in Australia!
Slightly annoying that it kills your music player or FM radio when the voice announces a turn. Would be nice if the music resumed.

I have a Verizon HTC Ozone with TALKS. TALKS is a program that reads all the text on the screen as I am blind. Will flashing to Cricket remove all the software or will that program stay on the phone?

Yes. Flashing is the process of Hard Formatting of Firmware. What happens when u uninstall and reinstall an Operating system on ur computer. All the 3rd party software will go.
