Which Phone to choose?

Which Phone to choose?

I have the option of alternative any the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic or the HTC Magic. Both have there own advantages and I was wondering which phone would be better? Both will be on a $ 29 cap plot.
Please state reasons for you choice.

I recommend a HTC. It is a known fact that HTC was manufacturing or supplying touch screens even before others were in the market. i had one 5800 which i discarded due to having slow response and getting stuck always. I bought a new HTC after, which is working properly according to my wish. Moreover HTC runs on windows operating system, which help to connect to pc very easily. My suggestion is go to the store and try both before buying it. consider the beauty of the phone too.(a business of beauty is a joy for ever, though the phones wont last ever)

I already have a Palm Pixi. Its a cool phone but im more of a power user that likes to take benefit of all my phones capabilties such as wifi, 3d games, etc. These are features that the Pixi doesnt have. Im a technology nerd and delight in the latest advancements in technology. Im getting $ 400 for my birthday and i can get a Palm Pre for $ 250 flat. Do you reckon this is a excellent deal? Should i keep what i have or just get the Palm Pre? I also looked at the andriod phones (Samsung Moment & HTC Hero) but i don’t like how Google is treating the andriod OS right now (upgrading the OS every 6 months, leaving everyone out if you don’t have the latest Andriod phone.) Help! What should i do?

P.S. I went and played with a Pre at the sprint store and i like it very much, i just dont want to pay $ 250 for a phone thats really similar to what I already have. i need more opinions.

The Pre is incredible. I’m sure you will like it. But I would wait a few weeks. Rumor has it that Palm might be coming out with a new device this summer. So that will mean you can get the new device or save money on the Pre because that will drop once the new one hits. Sprint can’t announce the new Palm because it just announced the new EVO. So as to not overlap announcements, look for Palm in a few weeks.
