Do you need a plan for the HTC Fuze?

I do not have a data plot, the only plot I have is an boundless texting plot. My internet is really disabled for my account.
So, if I buy a HTC Fuze off of ebay, and place my SIM card in it, will i be able to use the phone without AT&T charging me for a data plot. I do not need to have the data plot, since I can just use the wifi. Will this be safe?

Nope. If you place your sim into that phone, AT&T will add the data plot to your account. You cannot use a smart phone on AT&T without a data plot.

htc fuze, camera problems

I know the iphones sound quality is not too fantastic, and I really like to be able to hear my music! : )

The excellent:

The terrible:
The HTC Fuze doesn’t have a standard headphone jack, and the smartphone is a bit bulky. Speakerphone quality isn’t the greatest and streaming record can cause the phone to stall. It’s also pricey.

The bottom line:
For AT&T business customers who demand the most out of their smartphones, the HTC Fuze is up to the task, delivering plenty of features, excellent performance, and a functional design.
