iPhone vs Blackberry vs Google Phone?

iPhone vs Blackberry vs Google Phone?

I’m ready to switch from my HTC Touch TyTnII Smartphone, of which I’ve found I rarely use the Windows Mobile features. I mostly miss out on the socializing like IM, Facebooking, and photos of the nieces and nephews sent via my siblings BlackBerry’s.

What I LIKED about my HTC was the enunciation of pressing keys. I’m a bit fumbly with thumbs on a touch screen.

What I DID NOT LIKE was that I always HAD to use two hands on the wide qwerty keyboard and/or with the stylus on the touch screen sections.

I have an iPod Nano and use it unfailingly, as the battery life on my HTC is so useless, I can’t utilize my Media Player realistically.

I live in Hong Kong and travel frequently to the States and Costa Rica.

Having availability of typing/seeing Chinese characters would be useful for helping my taxi drivers.

I don’t really know much about the Google phone, but if I were you, I’d beyond doubt go for a Blackberry. The only downside for you I suppose would be the QWERTY keyboard, but it’s much more useful in the long run for texting or emailing messages nearer. They’re very excellent business phones, which is what you’d probably be using it for the most I’m assuming?

I have a Blackberry Curve, and the battery life is AMAZING. I’ve had it for about a year now, and it still lasts me days and days of life on through dynamic texting. The average length of my battery lasts about 5 days honest I’d say. It was probably even better when I first got it, which is especially excellent since some additional phones die after only a day or two. But the Media Player may drain it nearer.. I don’t really use that often.
It comes with many different language compatibilities which I’d assume would be useful for you. They have languages I haven’t even heard of, so I’m sure that Chinese would be there.
The small buttons may seem discouraging at first, but I can assure you that once you get used to them, they don’t really feel as small over time.

And what’s especially wonderful about Blackberry’s is that they don’t try sucking all the money out of you as they can. Most of their ports are standard such as Micro and Mini USBs for a charger and connection to a computer, as well as the standard 3.5 earphone jack. This is excellent since you won’t have to buy any extra small accessories just to get by.

Beyond doubt check out the Blackberry Curve, but I hear that the Blackberry Bold has much nearer response times from the trackball and is less laggy, so take a look at that too if you’d wish. :]

Hope I helped!
