How to give a Verizon iPhone with 2 year contract as a surprise gift?

So, the iPhone is finally available to Verizon users. My boyfriend has Verizon and his contract is going to be over soon. I want to surprise him with the iPhone for our anniversary gift. How do I go about renewing his contract with a new phone without letting him know?

You can’t. He has to sign the new contract for his service. Best bet, make him a card that says you are getting him one. Legally that is about all you can do.

If there is someone else on his plot that is able to access the account, you can have them get the phone with his upgrade. The only conundrum is that his phone would be deactivated while the iphone is activated so you would have to activate the iphone right before you gave it to him. Have the additional person on his account activate the iphone before you give it to him and then wrap up in a box. Make sure its on loud though so you can hide the wrapped present and make it ring for him to find!

Sadly you cant. But if you want to make it a suprise you may maybe always get the papers and then place them on a bench and buy a few larger bits of black paper and stick them to the bench with the contract bottom but make sure you dont cover over the bits he needs to sign.

Tell him that its a present but sadly you cant get it without his permission and he need to sign it.

Once youve gotten his signature you can fill out the rest of the paperwork and then go to the store to pick it up.

At least then there is a chance that it will be a suprise.

There are several “wireless” back-up cameras that you can buy aftermarket. Can any of these be used with an iphone as the monitor. It would be nice to have one device as GPS/backup camera/phone instead of seperate devices mounted all over the vehicle.

yes, first you need to tape your iphone to the back of your car. Then, set up a complex assortment of mirrors so that you can view your iphone from the drivers seat, if you need to switch camera to gps, it would be smart if you pulled over first.
