How to set up iphone 3G with no sim to use google voice as secondary phone?

I have an iPhone 3G that does not have a sim (upgraded to iPhone 3GS) I want to turn it into a secondary phone that uses my google voice account. I also have a sipgate account if needed. Im just wanting to use it as a secondary phone to use on my wifi. . How would i set this up or would i need something else to?

just follow the instruction there are two ways you can do it
you also need voip app on your iphone siphone is very nice and free from cdiya

My iphone calendar is fully populated with information. My yahoo calendar is blank but I’d like to sync the 2 calendars so I have a back up of my iphone.

Go to your iPhone or iPod Touch settings application.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap Add Account.
Tap Additional and then tap Add CalDAV Account.
For the Ma?tre d’h?tel you can simply type yahoo
Now type in the Yahoo! ID and password you use to sign in to your Yahoo! Calendar.
Once you click save, the iPhone or iPod Touch will verify your Yahoo! ID and password.
Next time you open up your iPhone or iPod Touch Calendar you will see a page allowing you to select which Yahoo! Calendar layer you want to view or edit.

I do not reckon it is possible. The method left by Bryan will only push Yahoo Calendar events to your iPhone Calendar, not the additional way around (ie events you had already made on your iphone will not push to Yahoo Calendar).

Please assess me if I am incorrect.
