Is Google Voice free on and an Android Phone such as the HTC EVO 4G?

I really want to know, because I despise charitable out my cell phone number to every one, but I’m with Sprint and AT&T. And with Sprint, I get free calls to and from any cell phone. On the iPhone, Google Voice uses my cell minutes, and want to know if it dose that for Sprint, b/c I would rather use no minutes, and if it going to I just stick with the any mobile with sprint!

There are a few out there but a lot of them are cheap ones from china with terrible build quality.

So far most of the Android Tablets come from China and run Android OS 1.5. Archos and a few additional top companies are coming out with better quality units at an affordable price (compared tot he iPad anyway). Android Tablet offer everything the iPad offers and more. They also feature stuff the iPad doesn’t have, like USB ports. For the price the cheap tablets are going for, they are well worth the try.
