software palm 700wx windows mobile?

do i need (and what kind) software to sync music, media, and things to my palm, to use for ring tones and such? i have a usb and all that excellent stuff the palm runs on windows mobile as you may know. thank you

I did a search for Windows Mobile 5.0 through Yahoo and got over 9 million hits. Some of the places online to get WM5 are:
