How to downgrade htc hero sprint?

Unfortunately, you cant lower the android OS once upgraded.

I read reviews that said they are really excellent, but they are a small laggy. They have made a recent update to their Android OS, so I reckon that conundrum is gone. Anyone who has a Hero do you like it? Also, if you have seen or used one do you like it? Is it a excellent phone?

Also, I looked into the HTC Evo. It looks a small fancier and has a much larger screen but is it worth the extra $ 100 than the HTC Hero?

The HTC Hero is a excellent phone, but the HTC Evo is far better as its got a better and larger screen, more power, more features and will get more upgrades etc.
