Love it. If you do not like a touch screen key board you might not like texting. however i am used to the keyboard and i am fine with it. If u like social networking (facebook, twitter, aim,) its . The market also has thousands of great apps. However the battery is not great but you could most likely make it through the day.

this is a great phone and is running android which is software. i highly reccommend this phone if you can deal with it not having a physical keyboard. i might wait a while for a new android smartphone to come out on sprint though. for example the htc nexus one is supposed to be going to sprint soon. the nexus one is a much better phone and has almost twice the proccessor speed and is running the newest version of android. but if you cant wait the htc hero is a great phone. hope this helps

The HTC Hero is great but like the first responder said, don’t get if having a physical keyboard is an important feature to you. The Samsung Moment is similar to the Hero but does have a physical keyboard. Just thought I should throw that out there.
