that’s not possible, as an mp3 is just a compressed version of a recording, but a midi file is more like digital music sheet, which is played by the music device (also used with electronic pianos)
I suggest getting a mobile with mp3 capability

Thoes 2 file formats are as different as a photo is to a Word Document.
