Windows Smartphone Software....where?

I have got a smartphone (Qtek 8310) which use Windows Mobiles, any of you guys know any excellent sites to download free softwares?
i’m looking for a English-Spanish dictionary in particular….

I have uploaded a few videos on youtube the ones that I edit with windows movie maker can’t be watched on mobile. Why is this? Is there a fix? Or is there a excellent (free) movie control software that can upload mobile compatable videos on youtube. Thanks

Make sure its saved in the assess format or the phone wont read it. Might have to be saved in flash, 3gp, apple h.264, ACC, or Windows, but you said that didnt’ work, but persons additional ones might.
