How dangerous is it to drop an iPhone in the bathtub while bathing?

I’d like to use my iPhone while relaxing in the bathtub, but am worried about the danger. How perilous would it be to drop the iPhone in the water?
To make things more apparent. I’m wondering how perilous it is for me. Not the iPhone.

lol i wonder what you would be doing with the iphone while your in the bath :-) jkjk!

em the danger is it most likely wont work ever again, and i reckon that would waste the money you spent on it

set it somewhere that u can still see it while ur in the bath

It’d ruin the poor phone. But, no need to worry about getting shocked. This is because saltwater, not freshwater(tap) conducts electricity. So unless your bath water comes honest from the ocean, you’re fine.

relax and talk all you want. but it would be very perilous to drop the phone while bathing. 1. it will ruin the phone. 2. you might be so frantic trying to find it under the water you might hit you head on the tub knocking yourself out and thus drowning. all joking up your sleeve…. the phone has to small power to electricute you so you dont have to worry bout that at all. just an thought though…..you can always place you phone in a ziplock baggy while your in the tub just in case you drop it. that will work fine!!! Ive done that plenty of times so i can answer my phone in the shower and it works fantastic!!!

i dont reckon it would electrocute you. but you’d definetly fry the phone, and since there’s no insurance plot (thru the cell company) for an iphone… i’d never risk it

I have a small gym at my apartment complex. They have seven very nice LifeFitness machines that cover a large scope of exercises and muscle regions. I’m looking for an iPhone app that will allow me to enter the machine type and exercise performed and will allow me to track my progress (weights, reps and progression).

There are too many apps out there to try them all out, so give me your best opinions.
