Can you get in trouble for putting the iTunes files on your htc Hero?

A friend was aking me. And i have no idea whatso ever.
Care to help and explain please?

your hero will not be able to read itune files you will have to convert them to mp3, mp4, or wmf

It only lets me use the stupid little bells that come with the phone, can any one help me??

Go to the Android Marketplace and download ‘Ringdroid’ it is a free app. It lets you turn your mp3s into ringtones and notifications. Once you create the tone you can ‘longpress’ it and it will ask you what you want to save it as.
