my windows media player does seem to pick up that it is connected so i cant sync
is there any samsung software i can download to easliy put music on my mp3??

It should show up on your windows media player.
try resetting the mp3 player.
If it still doesn’t connect, then reset the computer and try again.
Did your mp3 player come with a disc to install on the computer? if it did, then that is probably the program you use to transfer music.
