how to Htc dream/g1 update?

Hello i have a htc dream and when i bought it, it was on the 1.5 firmware
i have researched on the web that there is a 1.6 update available and i want to kno how i i can update my phone so i can get 1.6 firmware on my phone.

I am currently with T-Mobile, how much will the HTC Dream cost? Can I buy just the phone without the plan?

You should be able to buy the phone without a plan but be prepared to pay a few hundred extra dollars. I dont know how much it will cost

this will be much 149 dollars with the plan, without plan this will be 400 or 250 dollars is not afirmative.
