Can you send a text message by just using the screen on a AT&T Tilt HTC 8925?

Im gonna get a Tilt but i wanna know if there is like some plugin or software where i would be able to have a larger keyboard on the screen, so i may maybe send text messages by just using my fiddle with on the touch screen??

The Tilt has TWO keyboards, the hardware one that slides out and tilts and a software one on the screen the you type on with the stylus.
