Algebra problem. Help?

I don’t know how to do this so, i’m going to type in the directions.

Mineralogists use the Vickers scale to measure the hardness of minerals. The hardness “H” of a mineral can be determined by hitting the mineral with a pyramid shaped diamond and measure the depth “d” of the indentation. The harder the mineral, the smaller the depth of the indentation. A model that relates mineral hardness with the indentation depth (in millineters) is Hd2=1.89. (The 2 is squared, but I don’t know how to do it.)

Use a calculator to find the depth of the indentation for the mineral with the given value of “H”. Round to the nearest hundredth of a millimeter.

Graphite: H = 12.

How do I solve this? Can you please show it step by step if you do know how? Thanks.

Hd^2 = 1.89
d^2 = 1.89/H
d = sqrt(1.89/H)

d = sqrt(1.89/12)
d = sqrt(0.1575)
d = 0.3969

Each time I log in to yahoo games and play pinochle is locks up if i switch to e-mail or any other program….When i get out of my table I am playing it will also lock up and not let you into another table….I always have to hit CTL ALT DEL to start all over again…My rating is ruined for this reason….But I play pool,pyramids, etc… and everything is fine….This has always, I mean always happened to pinochle….You should be able to get done with your game and then go to another area of pinochle, but the little hand comes up instead of the arrow and I am done…..WHY WHY WHY

try this it should help;
increasing you memory.helps with the Freezing up and Sticking problem.you can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526kb or higher,click apply then ok. If your virtual memory is not in KB just double the number listed.

This is a tool assisted speed run of mario 64. All my speed runs will have a green jumper with a black undersuit unless specified otherwise, in other words I did the speed run before I learned how to mod his suit. I will try and upload more mario speed runs (and other videos) whenever I have the chance. I am aware that there is a faster way to do this by touching the top of all four pillars and jumping in the top of the pyramid, but I thought it would be fun to do a run on the inside of the pyramid. EDIT: Apparently the sound is a little off, sorry about that, not sure how it happened it works fine for me when I play the video file back on my comp. Programs used: Mupen 64-Rerecording: Toads Tools Star Info: Course 8: Shifting Sand Land Mission: Inside The Ancient Pyramid Time: 0:37 PS I time it from when my feet hit the ground to when I grab the star not how long the video plays, and it is an approximate time not exact. PPS Please don’t flame me if you have your own or have seen a better speed run, I do these in my spare time for fun.
