Did anyone else preorder the Google Android G1?

Did anyone else preorder the Google Android G1?

I preordered it a few weeks ago and T-Mobile hasn’t charged my account yet. Does anyone know if they’ll charge us next pay period or is it when the phone finally arrives? They sent a text to my phone saying thank you for upgrading, so I know they got my request. I’m so excited for the phone, but I just want to make sure that I get it! Thanks for your help in advance :)

I pre-ordered Oct 2 and mine seems to be on the way. I was told by TMO the phone and any additional service will be on my November statement.

They will not bill u for the phone until it is actually shipped out. So it would be smart to add some extra money to ur bill now because u will get billed for the phone and ur regular monthly bill will be all together

Android says hi

I use the PhoneLabs Dock n Talk system to link with my bluetooth phone. I was thinking about upgrading to the Google G1 Android…does anyone know if the G1 will work with the Dock-n-Talk or will I have to just wait to find out? I would hate to preorder this thing and find out it wont work with my current setup…I really enjoy having my entire house hooked up to my cell phone.

I think you’ll just have to wait, I haven’t seen anything either way.

Of course, that depends on two things: 1) the inclusion of NFC chips …
