I have an HTC Evo 4g. I'm moving to Holland in a few weeks and am wondering if I'll be able to keep my phone.?

How do you deal with result the right carrier in The Netherlands? I am a software developer and I need a data plot and would prefer to have my Evo running 4g or 3g.

If your European don;t worry but if your American I don’t know.

probably not, evo 4g only works on sprint.

It’s an HTC product so let’s see what htc says…

CDMA 800/1900 MHz EVDO Rev. A, WiMAX 2. 5 to 2.7GHz; 802.16e

So.. you can keep it, it may work with some wireless networks around the home. It will not be useable as a phone, there are no CDMA operators.

My advice would be to sell your phone and get a Desire or Desire HD with a t-mobile sim.
