If you make calls using the google voice app on an android phone do you use minutes up from your plan?

I know my outbound number changes, but does that mean that i dont get charged for the minutes i use.

If you use google voice app, beyond doubt will charge your data treatment instead of minutes you use. Becareful of your bill.

What kind of tracking features are you looking for? If it is for lost phones or GPS tracking then I recommend you get Spybubble ( http://spybubble.ellsed.com ). Apart from keeping track of calls & messages, it also has a GPS module that doubles up as a phone tracker app.
