Answer by helpfulgrliee
it depends. i mean it is awesome but my friend had it and she said that when you touch it, it is really sensitive and gets dirty easily. It is really cool though. I have the ipod touch. Do what you want though, you can always return it.

My friend had an iphone and it was cool for the first week or so but after that he began to have problems with it. It's very sensitive and apparently it can break really easily, his broke before the month ended which really sucked and he didn't had insurance. Also their a little big to be carring on your jeans but maybe if you carry it in your purse then things might be a little different.
Anyways, aside from the cons it's a cool phone you can view pictures and videos on a much larger screen. Also you can watch YOUTUBE videos which was a really cool thing when we were bored.

it is probably best to get a normal cell phone and get a ipod touch. ipod touch is like a iphone it is just a bit smaller and can not call like iphone does

It depends on you. Based on your needs from a phone it may be so good for you, or so bad for you.
For example: If you have access to wireless internet and you lve to do some of your internet works by your phone, iPhone is the best solution for you. As it has the best WiFi application I have seen on any phone.
If you want to play a lot of new and diffrent games, the iPhone is for you! You can find a new game before finishing the last one
Describe your exact needs from a phone.
p.s: but iPhone is the most lovale cell phone you can ever have

I really do not like the phone i have right now and was thinking about getting the iphone. However, my two year plan is not up yet. Can i get the iphone now without having to pay an extra fee? Because i know that when getting a new phone phone AT&T you get money taken off the phone if you get a new two year contract. So I’m just asking if i get an iphone, will it still be $ 199?
Answer by JacobH
Yes, the 3Gs price with at&t ($ 199) is the reduction price and that price is not just for new users it is for everyone. Everyne can get the iphone at this price when their upgrade comes. Also you could just get the iPhone 3G is almost the same and you can upgrade the software to 3Gs at a later date

no you will have to pay full price for the iphone until it is time for your upgrade (contract ends)

I got the iPhone 5 days ago and am loving it my wife is about to divorce me because I spent the nights plying with it it is soooo nice. I had to transwer from verizon to get this phone which I paid 99 dollars with 2 year contract. WhAtever u do don’t miss out on the iPhone u don’t need the 16 or the 32. 8 gb is enough
Answer by Kelsey
out of contract you will have to pay a lot more. Just wait for your upgrade or better yet a new iphone is rumored to release this summer (late july) so just wait for that one
Answer by evilattorney
To get the iPhone at the fully discounted price, you must have completed at least 20 months of your contract. If you haven’t, you can do an early upgrade. The phone will be $ 200 more than the new customer price and you will have to sign a new contract.
You do not want to get an iPhone until the new one is released this summer.
