Iphone......?

i don’t have an ipod, but i have a phone from T-Mobile
i want to get an itouch, but since an iphone is about $ 100 cheaper should i buy the iphone and not use it as a phone?
what are the downs in doing this?

An iPhone is only cheaper if you sign the contract. Then you will be obligated to pay the monthly fee.

The iTouch costs $ 299 for 8GB, $ 399 for 16 GB and $ 499 for 32 GB.

Personally, I prefer to surf the net with a computer and so I got an iPod Classic, 80 GB for $ 249.

the iphone is only cheaper if you get the plan too, but there are ways to hack the iphone (if you’re willing) so that it is compatible with T-Mobile. Heres the website: http://www.iphonegeek.com/iphone-unlock.html

I have an iphone that is not jailbroken and it beats the itouch by 100-1. it is easily the best mobile device out there. If you buy one, i guarantee you will not be disappointed, even if you don’t use it as a phone.

The down in your solution is that the iPhone is not available for purchase for $ 199 or $ 299 without a contract. Without a contract, it costs $ 599 or $ 699. Thus, the iPod Touch would be cheaper.

Don’t mind the messy desk…

So, I was in class and this boy started to talk about my brand new iPhone saying it’s lame, stupid and whack, yet he had a cheap a*s slider phone. What do u think? Jealousy or reality? He also said that his phone can do more than mines. Although there’s like a billion apps for my iPhone

Jealousy for sure. There is no other phone that can do more then an iphone can atm. Come friday and MMS gets to working there is then nothing this phone can not do any other phone can plus so much more.
