Is there a radio application for Windows Mobile which doesnt require an internet subscription from the carrier?

What I mean is, is there a radio application which allows me to steam radio stations in the same way an actual radio or MP3 player may maybe? I’m certain that it would require a subscription fee, but where may maybe In find a program like this that doesn’t rely on a phone’s carrier internet connection?

Andre Hummel and friend preparing the Kombi for its final paint application. This VW Kombi was modified for the RAAF as a mobile control tower in the sixties. It sat in the AHSNT workshop yard for many years and was slowly rusting away due to broken windows and perished door seals allowing the rain in during the hot wet season. In 2001 AHSNT member Lt Andre Hummel an Australian Army pilot questioned if he may maybe rebuild the vehicle for his own personal use. Having obtained permission Lt Hummel worked on the Kombi for the next eighteen months and completed the restoration by the end of 2002. Andre used the Kombi for his own personal use on the stipulation that he would give the Society first option to hold the vehicle if he had no longer use for it. In later years the Kombi was offered back to the Society at a honest price but the then committee declined the hold. This vehicle is now used as a takeaway outlet in Byron Bay.
