Super-nutritious salad recipe?

Does anyone have salad recipes that are high in nutrition, hitting all the recommendations for healthy eating? I used to have one bookmarked, but the article was taken down.

I think it was built around the revised food pyramid; it included raisins to help with the fruit requirement, almonds and tuna for fish/nuts requirement, some chunks of cheese for the dairy needs, an olive oil based dressing, and spinach, red and green peppers, and other lettuce for the bulk.

I’m not finding much online – there are salads with healthy traits, but none that cover all the nutritional bases. Does anyone have salad recipes that address all your nutritional needs (aside from the breads/grains requirements)?
I’m not looking to ‘detox’ or diet, just want a recipe that provides everything a body needs . .

This is my favorite. Sliced avocado,sliced red bell peppers, sliced onions,sliced homegrown tomato, baby spinach with shrim or steak.

This salad is satisfying and nutritious.

Succelent Supper Salad

Salad:
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
1 bunch spinach
1/2 bunch arugula or rocket
1 cup chopped red cabbage
1 tart apple, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 ripe avocado, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
3 scallions, finely sliced
1 or 2 fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
2/3 cup cooked chickpeas

Dressing:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons maple or brown rice syrup
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon tamari or shoyu

Wash lettuces and greens by placing leaves in a sink full of cold water. Drain and repeat. Spin or pat dry. Tear greens into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl. Add all other salad ingredients. Set aside. Put all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl or jar and whisk together or shake vigorously. Dress salad just before serving and toss well.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Makes 8 servings; 4 servings if used as a main course

Can i special summon Tragoedia from my deck with Mystic Tomato’s effect since Tragoedia’s attack is 0 when he hits the field and later gains attack points from his effect, if Skill Drain is on the field does it negate the special summon of a monster from an effect like mystic tomato or pyramid turtle?

You can’t special summon Tragoedia due to Mystic Tomato because Tragoedia has an undefined attack, “?”, instead of an actual number. Skill Drain does not effect Pyramid Turtle or Mystic Tomato because their effects activate in the Graveyard, not on the field.

The ? from Tragoedia means it has 0 ATK so yes, you can SS him.

you cannot special summon or serch tragodia using those effects. Tragodia’s stats are ‘?’ which DO NOT mean zero. So cards that state ‘original attack’ or ‘attack’ can’t target them. For example: You cannot ‘shrink’ a tragodea.
So to answer you question NO.
Also, skill drain has no effect on those effects since they activate in the graveyard
