Tips on extension and cradle in cheerleading? ?
Since I’m one of the lightest cheerleaders on the team I have to go on the top of the pyramid. What are some tips for extension and cradle? When they throw me up I go board stiff and I end up hitting someone in the nose or something when I fall.

Outdoor Adventure of all kinds is highly prominent in the Reno/Tahoe area, with fishing being one of them. Although there are great places to fish throughout the entire area, the serious fishing occurs below Lake Tahoe between Tahoe City and Reno, along the Truckee River. The Truckee winds through the mountains, first following California Highway 89, and then Interstate 80, before depositing into Pyramid Lake. As far as the fish, there is a large amount of "pet" rainbows, and also the Department of Fish and Game planted nearly 30,000 Lahontan Cutthroat in the Truckee River within the last year. In addition to one of the best and most knowledgeable local businesses, Reno Fly Shop, a few corporate sized stores have hit the Reno-area, including Scheels, and Cabellas, which are both located right on Interstate 80. Any day or year-long fishing permits can be purchased at any local Raley’s grocery store, or at Reno Fly Shop. For more information, please call Reno Fly Shop at (775) 825-FISH.

They had abnormally long skulls, they built the pyramids and the sphinx while at the same time the rest of the human population were hitting each other over the head with cave men tools.
They had carvings and paintings of UFOs in their tombs. Did they worship aliens? Did aliens cross breed with humans to create an advanced civilisation? What’s your explanation?
Ivy.

ha ha no they were apparently visited by them though!! I don’t really have an explanation for all of that but the things i can explain is the skull thing is probably because back then humans were not completely developed and the paintings like maybe it looked like that but it was supposed to be something else and the smartie smart thing caveman hunted animals and drew pictures they didn’t hit each other on the heads with sticks (except on the dq commercial ) and maybe the Egyptians just thought more? idk. You should’ve actually logically thought about this!

…Ever heard of Mesoamerica? They were not smacking each other with stones.
No they were not aliens.

I’ve seen those skulls, they don’t look abnormally long. I’ve seen actual skulls and it looks like a normal skull. You should give more credit to ancient civilizations, they were smarter than you and I probably think. Been watching ‘Ancient Aliens’ on the History Channel again huh?
Personally, I don’t think so. And other civilizations were arising as well; Egypt wasn’t the first.
