why can't i download the zune software completely?

everytime i run the file it says microsoft can’t acess microsoft update please try again later error code 0x80072f8f

My mainframe system is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3, it has Mobile Intel (R) Pentium (R)1.80GHz, 1.79Ghz, 1.25 gb RAM why can’t i have it completely install the zune software? I’m using public internet from a community library, does this have to do with anything from it life installed?

probably the library has a firewall so you can’t download things. try it at home or wireless at mcdonalds.

Hi, I’ve wanted to download an update for samsung i900, from samsungmobile.com, and there under software and manuals I downloaded this file called
“Phone_Software_Update-Windows_ Mobile_IF1″
and that was the only source of update i may maybe find because under mobile update they dont even show me my Country under “please select your country”!!!
Next to it it says select your OS(XP or Vista) so I thought that this exe file i named above should be installed on computer and then sync mobile with it etc. BUT
the very nice business happened, system crashed and bsod says “…to prevent hurt bla bla..”
it restarted and I couldnt see my 460gb partition on which are 450gb files, and now i have a nice time wasting transfering and rescuing with additional software, and will need to format my hdd when i finnish what will be probably next week.

I cannot even find any contact or support or anything for samsungmobile and im just so pissed off. Yes, by the way no programs are working, only IE without Java, and I cant burn files or open them.

What to do?? Thanks
