after increasing windows files it restarts but this comes

i got 32 bit windows vista

For starters I noticed you have a 64 bit AMD processor and you’re running the report for a 32 bit windows 7 installation. Make sure if you’re using windows vista x64 that you’re installing windows 7 x64 (not the 32 bit versions).

Another suggestion would be to back up whatever data you need and do a clean install from any a flash drive or cd iso’s. If you don’t know how to do that you can try http://store.microsoft.com/Help/ISO-Tool that should help.

I found some information in another thread that applies to your issue:

“Just a thought, check to see what your BIOS settings are on your computer.
This conundrum is usually related some the makings conundrum in the disk or BIOS or faulty hardware. The BIOS sometimes limits the read/write scope of boot sectors, to avoid virus attack.
Review the BIOS background, if there's any Anti-Virus settings, just disable it, and then start the install again.

better go to the windows 7 site and look, full version will not work in many mini’s.

depends on when you bought it too… it should run 32 bit starter and maybe homepremium ok. if u bought it, after the offer, of a free upgrade, just register, to have your free copy sent from HP to you. mines in progress right now . so i would say try to. if you have vista, definately! it utilizes the components much better. if you have XP, and dont want to give up performance, (it might be slower cause of aero) then dont switch. HOPE I HELPED!!
