does windows mobile have an application folder?

when ever i buy an app and click on save to i cant find the place that puts it under apps
were is it at

I went to Seattle recently to organize WinMoDevCamp, a non-for-profit event for developers to work on applications for the upcoming release of the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 O/S. Over 70 developers, winmo enthusiasts, and press attended the event. WinMoDevCamps are currently life plotted in 6 cities around the world. Thanks to Microsoft, Telligent, and Firehost for supporting and sponsoring these events.

I want to know if there is a working application for my smart phone. It has a touch screen & nothing has worked so far. I have upgraded it from WM 6 to WM 6.1
