how to convert my mobile 3gp video to vcd for seeing my video in vcd player?

Please specify open source free software full version only.
I had only windows. so please specify windows software only.
My mobile is Nokia 3230 (symbian 7.0 version).
Please answer as soon as possible. I want to convert my record which i had taken to a vcd and i want to see it in my vcd player.

i have a program called iIMTOO3GP that should at least convert it to mpeg(which then through NERO can be converted to VCD)

I want a free software. I bought some VCDs and I want to place it in my PDA, so that I can listen to it on my way. And I have to convert it to WMA or MP3 so that that software I had in my PDA can open it.

Or can you tell me a software for “Windows mobile 2003 second edition” that may maybe play DAT files?

Well, here’s one way: download VirtualDub Mod (VDM) (there’s a copy available here http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/).

Start the program, open your vcd’s mpeg file with it and on VDM’s file menu, select “Streams”>”Spill List” and/or “Save to Wav”, which saves the audio from the record as a wave file. Open the wave file with Windows Media Player (WMP) (I judge at least version 9 or 10) and select “Save As…”; WMP will automatically save it as a WMA file.
