I have issues with samsung omnia phone after updating? HELP?

ok, so i downloaded the newest software update for my verizon samsung wireless phone off the internet. i used active sync and the software download was sucessful. at first, i was pleased, but now, my phone freezes and drops many calls or doesnt let me make calls. it also tries to log onto the internet and connects by itself multiple times after i press cancel. does anyone have the same issues. what’s your opinion on the problem, what should i do?

theyre must be a problem with windows mobile. go to the verizon store and they can fix it or replace it for free. i have a tmobile shadow and it also freezes,drops calls, goes blank, but im getting a new phone soon.

How do you transfer files back and forth from your samsung sync phone to your computer? I have the usb cable software installed do I have to install one of the other things to get it to work?

you dont necessarily need a software, if you open my computer then open your cell you can drag files in your phone
however id rather use a jump drive, cell phones are slow, and most only have about 10 mb and possibly a microSD card which are quite expensive(mine was like $ 60 for 64 mb) , while jump drives cost like 10-20 for a decent one
