I just installed google voice to my android and I can't figure out how to call people?

Its only telling me about my voicemail and how to set it up. How do I get to a dial pad so I can call public using my google voice number? I recieved a text message from google voice saying i will manage my voice mails for me but thats all. Please help I need this.

You have to call the google voice number from your phone, enter your pin, press 2, then enter the number.

EDIT: the google voice number is the phone number you chose to be as YOUR new “google” number.

I preordered it a few weeks ago and T-Mobile hasn’t charged my account yet. Does anyone know if they’ll charge us next pay period or is it when the phone finally arrives? They sent a text to my phone saying thank you for upgrading, so I know they got my request. I’m so excited for the phone, but I just want to make sure that I get it! Thanks for your help in advance

They bill u when the phone is shipped. so add some extra money on ur bill now because when they bill u its gonna be the phone price + ur monthly bill
