I need some help making some games!!!?

I am trying to make games for Windows Mobile and i currently have visual studio 2008. I need to know what software i need in order to be able to make my games. Ex. game engine, direct x. what would you guys recommend i use?

If your making games for windows mobile 6.5 and up, you should use silverlight and expression blend.

If your making games for somthing older, use Direct3D, DirectDraw and the windows mobile game API.

im looking to do the unofficial windows mobile upgrade (to windows 6.5) on my htc touch pro and i want to know i will still have touch flo 3d and the opera mobile my phone came with along with things like the game teeter or if it will erase all of that?
