Q&A: How can I connect to Oracle from a Windows CE 5.0 Mobile Application?

Do I need OLite or some additional tool??? Normally with SQL I can just give an IP address and the wireless network detects the SQL Ma?tre d’h?tel and I can directly perform the queries on the Ma?tre d’h?tel. Can I do the same business with Oracle??? What would the connection thread be like then???
I want the applciation on the Mobile Device to connect directly to the Oracle Ma?tre d’h?tel. Do I need OLite or some additional tool??? I went to Seattle recently to organize WinMoDevCamp, a non-for-profit event for developers to work on applications for the upcoming release of the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 O/S. Over 70 developers, winmo enthusiasts, and press attended the event. WinMoDevCamps are currently life plotted in 6 cities around the world. Thanks to Microsoft, Telligent, and Firehost for supporting and sponsoring these events.

I do not have a data plot and refuse to pay any charges…
