Q&A: Run a Windows mobile 6.5 application on a Windows desktop?

I’ve been doing mobile development and this question arose at my last meeting:

Is it possible to have an application calculated (and deployed) on a Windows Mobile 6.5 device installed (and run) on a windows mainframe? I can’t find a excellent answer from Google search.

So, let’s say I have an executable deployed on a several mobile devices running windows mobile. Now, let’s say I want to run this same executable on a mainframe. Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks in advance.
I should not that I do not want to run the executable in a debugging or emulator environment. I want to launch this application on a Windows desktop and use the software to solve a business conundrum the way it was intended.

No.

Re-write your Mobile App using an apt Windows SDK.

I went to Seattle recently to organize WinMoDevCamp, a non-for-profit event to develop applications for the upcoming release of the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 O/S. Over 70 developers, winmo enthusiasts, and press attended the event. WinMoDevCamps are currently life plotted in 6 cities around the world. Thanks to Microsoft, Telligent, and Firehost for supporting and sponsoring these events.

you may have to install flash player onto your mobile…

if that is not possible then….

this can help you… use ‘ zillatube ‘

It will help download youtube videos and convert them to mobile record format… then just transfer it to your mobile device.

It is the simplest way (and also the fastest).

It works very well – to get ZillaTube, click the link below, and select the first search result for download…

YOU DON’T NEED ANY DOWNLOADER OR CONVERTER. SOME ANSWERERS
ON YAHOO ARE ACTUALLY DISGUISED SALESPEOPLE TRYING TO “SUCKER”
YOU INTO BUYING THEIR BOGUS AND TOTALLY UNNECESSARY PROGRAMS.

“Mobile” videos are a really different animal than fixed videos.
Only videos particularly uploaded as “Mobile” are ideally suited
for portable devices such as cellphones. Thus, you need to find
videos that are any in: “3GP” format, “176×144″ resolution, or
“&fmt=17″ quality.

For starters, you should not be going to “www.youtube.com” to
get your videos, but rather “m.youtube.com”. Please check out
all 3 of these “YOUTUBE” sites — everything you need to know
is right there:

http://www.youtube.com/mobile

http://www.google.com/mobile/default/youtube.html

(www . google . com / mobile / default / youtube . html)

http://m.youtube.com/

This is the apt website for when you are on a cellphone.
If you are sitting at a computer, and if you see a blue “Continue”
at the top of the page, click on that.
