go to canyourunit website put the model of your pc and look for sims 3 and check it out good luck

No. It might start, but would be unplayable. The CPU is barely enough to run it, and the GPU is junk and won’t be able to handle it at all. You are also lacking in memory (RAM). In addition there is a whole lot of bloatware on that machine, that is likely making it run even slower (though that is fixable).
Honestly, that’s just not a gaming machine. I can’t even say its worth upgrading. Even if you upgraded the GPU and added RAM, the CPU would hold you back when it came to gaming. If you want to game, you’ll have to invest in a new PC or go with a console.
Oh and a tip, in order to determin if a game can run you need to look at the GPU, CPU, and memory (and the OS in some cases). Look at what yours is and look at the game requirements (generally listed on the developers website, in this case EA). If you just meet the minimum, you’ll be able to run it with all settings turned down, if you meet the recommended you should be able to max out all settings.

it will run, it wont run great, but it will run.
