really u can already buy unlocked htc touch on innumerable websites… i reckon tigerdirect.com has it… or try ebay..or google it…i reckon gsm version tho..

but, since it’s sprint, unlocking it won’t do much unless ur going to use verizon…

The upgrade price is $ 199.99 after rebate. In store or online the price is $ 299.99. If you do the paper work, the $ 100 will come to in about 2 to 3 months.

In my case, the sales person did the paper work for me (all I had to do was stamp and drop off the envelope). One it gets there you’ll get an E-Mail from them (assuming you built-in your E-Mail address). It took 15 days for this initial E-Mail to arrive for me.
