How to call someone with the iphone by just double clicking the home button?

I had a first generation jailbroken iphone and there was an app that let you assign almost anything you wanted to the double click home button. I had it set to call my wife. Now I have the 3g iphone, also jailbroken, and I cant remember what the app is called. Please help!

What apps are available for the iphone 4 for random video chat? I know FaceTime is available for two iPhone 4 users who know each others number. But is there something like Who’s Here with video chat? I know Skype plans to eventually release the ability but it’s not out yet.
Random video chat on the iPhone 4. Like the who’s here app where you can browse profiles and request to chat with interesting people, or group chat rooms where you can see everyones cam.

I’m not sure what you mean by “random”, but Fring just released an updated version of its app which allows video chatting over WiFi and even 3G. Fring can interface with many services, including Skype. Just grab it from the App Store and see if it’s what you’re looking for — it’s a free download.

Facetime and Fring appear to be the only video chat options. Fring-to-Skype, however, was discontinued by Fring. It may come back at some point but right now you can only do Facetime to Facetime and Fring to Fring.
