Is There an Android app to automatically text people?

I am looking for an app or some sort of program that is available on the android market to automatically send texts daily or periodically. I have a friend that needs reminder texts about something critical to her health and it would be simpler for me to set up a program to automatically send texts than reminding for myself to do it every single day.

Is anyone aware of a program that can do this? It would be greatly appreciated!

idk about an app but u can have her set her calender for a daily alarm that will tell her everyday
